Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Relevant Person: The natural person whose personal data is processed. KVKK: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, published in the Official Gazette on 7 April 2016. Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data filing system.

Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, place and date of birth, nationality, passport number. Contact Information: Address, phone number, email address. Financial Information: Bank account details, credit card information. Special Categories of Personal Data: Photograph, smoking status, allergy information, medication usage. Other: Room number, vehicle license plate, camera footage, signature, IP address, website visit data.
c) How We Collect Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 5(2) of the KVKK, under the legal bases of explicit provisions by law, necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of legal obligations, and the establishment or protection of a right.
